Cancellation and refund policy

These terms apply to bookings made directly through this site. For a booking made on Airbnb, the terms shown on the Airbnb listing apply instead.

Booking and payment

  • The booking becomes firm once we confirm it in writing and receive a deposit of 50% of the stay’s total cost.
  • The balance is due one month before arrival.
  • The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is added to the price of the stay.

Cancellation by the traveller

  • More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded [in full / minus €X in fees — to choose].
  • Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: the full cost of the stay remains due.
  • A stay cut short does not give rise to any refund.

Cancellations must be reported by email. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the host

Should we need to cancel your stay, any sums paid would be refunded in full.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.
