The house
A bright, recently built villa, less than ten years old, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Mattiotes neighbourhood. Downtown Cavalaire-sur-Mer and the beaches are a 10-minute walk away.
On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the pool and summer kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom; upstairs, a large terrace looks out over the sea above the parasol pines.
